Wellness is also experience through food – a fact we take very seriously. Our chef Frank Eigen places particular emphasis on regional specialties including many local products. Fresh and light foods are ideal for our vitality-oriented cuisine based on traditional recipes. Our menu is also strongly influenced by the respective season.
The best food is local: Ammergau cheese of the Ettal cheese dairy, part of the “Unser Land” (Our Land) product range. Products from our partners who attach great importance to the sustainable use of resources. We buy our fish from regional fisheries as well as Germany’s most sustainable company 2010: “Deutsche See”.
